What I am Reading

Let's all applaud for New Years Resolutions ..fun to make and even more fun to break. On December 24th of 2014 I started my vacation in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, if you have not been you must go. If I was told from now on you can only travel to San Miguel I am not sure I would argue with that a whole lot, SMD has a lot to offer artists, experts and beginning. While there I even got a short lesson from Oscar...I would say his style is realism and he was really pushing the details. I started a small acrylic painting which I hope to finish soon. Alas I am not a detail person, however I think that is just an excuse for rushing. I am going to take this small painting and be meticulous on the details. While there I also bought an assortment of Politec paints, these are, I think some of the best acrylic paints in the world, now if only I could find them in the US.

What I am Reading
